AUDIT MANAJEMEN SEBAGAI DASAR UNTUK MENILAI EFISIENSI DAN EFEKTIVITAS PADA FUNGSI PEMASARAN. (STUDI KASUS CV. OKKA PRATAMA MOTOR)
Audit manajemen merupakan aktivitas penilaian yang sistematis dengan
tujuan untuk menilai efisiensi dan efektivitas objek yang diperiksa dalam
perusahaan dengan pemberian saran dalam mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan
operasional yang ada diperusahaan dan rekomendasi perbaikan guna
penyempurnaan kinerja manajemen agar dapat meningkatkan prestasi di masa
yang akan datang.
Audit manajemen yang dilakukan terhadap fungsi pemasaran CV. Okka
Pratama Motor bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas fungsi
pemasaran. Selain itu, audit manajemen yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk
mengungkapkan temuan-temuan yang menghambat kinerja dari fungsi pemasaran
sekaligus memberikan masukan kepada CV. Okka Pratama Motor untuk
mengatasi temuan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini berbentuk studi kasus dengan
menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi.
Efisiensi dan efektivitas kinerja pemasaran dianalisis dan dievaluasi
dengan membandingkan antara criteria, cause, dan effect serta pemberian
rekomendasi. Area yang diaudit adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Lingkungan
Pemasaran, (2) Strategi Pemasaran, (3) Organisasi Pemasaran, (4) Sistem
Pemasaran, (5) Produktivitas Pemasaran, (6) Fungsi Pemasaran Lainnya.
Berdasarkan audit manajemen yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat
disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi pemasaran secara umum belum
seluruhnya berjalan secara efisien dan efektif. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi
CV. Okka Pratama Motor yaitu belum terbentuknya organisasi pemasaran yang
baku sehingga kurangnya inovasi-inovasi pemasaran yang dilakukan CV. Okka
Pratama Motor, untuk itu CV. Okka Pratama Motor harus membentuk organisasi
pemasarannya dan terus berupaya memperbaiki kinerja pemasarannya.

Transformations of q-boson and q-fermion algebras
We investigate the algebras satisfied by q-deformed boson and fermion
oscillators, in particular the transformations of the algebra from one form to
another. Based on a specific algebra proposed in recent literature, we show
that the algebra of deformed fermions can be transformed to that of undeformed
standard fermions. Furthermore we also show that the algebra of q-deformed
fermions can be transformed to that of undeformed standard bosons.Comment: 7 pages, RevTe
Magnetic anomalies in Nd6Co(1.67)Si3: Surprising first order transitions in the low-temperature isothermal magnetization
We present the results of magnetic measurements on Nd6Co(1.67)Si3, a compound
recently reported to crystallize in a hexagonal structure (space group P6_3/m)
and to undergo long range magnetic ordering below 84 K. The results reveal that
the magnetism of this compound is quite complex with additional magnetic
anomalies near 50 and 20 K. There are qualitative changes in the isothermal
magnetization behavior with the variation of temperature. Notably, there is a
field-induced spin reorientation as the temperature is lowered below 20 K. A
finding we stress is that this transition is discontinuous for 1.8K in the
virgin curve, but the first order character appears only after a field-cycling
for a narrow higher temperature range near 5 K. Thus, this compound serves as
an example for the stabilisation of first-order transition induced by
magnetic-field-cycling. The issues of 'Phase co-existence' and 'meta-stability'
after a field-cycling at low temperatures in this compound are also addressed

Enabling Sharing in Auctions for Short-Term Spectrum Licenses
Wireless spectrum is a valuable and scarce resource that currently suffers from under-use because of the dominant paradigm of exclusive-use licensing. We propose the SATYA auction (Sanskrit for truth), which allows short-term leases to be auctioned and supports diverse bidder types, including those willing to share access and those who require exclusive-use access. Thus, unlike unlicensed spectrum such as Wi-Fi, which can be shared by any device, and exclusive-use licensed spectrum, where sharing is precluded, SATYA improves efficiency through supporting sharing alongside quality-of-service protections. The auction is designed to be scalable, and also strategy proof, so that simple bidding protocols are optimal. The primary challenge is to handle the externalities created by allocating shared-use alongside exclusive-use bidders. Using realistic Longley-Rice based propagation modeling and data from the FCC’s CDBS database, we conduct extensive simulations that demonstrate SATYA’s ability to handle heterogeneous bidders involving different transmit powers and spectrum needs.Engineering and Applied Science
An Advanced Real Time Lead RF-MEMS Based Switch Design for AI Applications
The artificial intelligence-based MEMS switch designs have been led technology in present micro-electronic applications. The 4G and 5G communication hardware networks have working been through RF-MEMS switches. The earlier MEMS deigns are outdated in terms of functionality and compatibility, so that a realistic RF-MEMS based advanced configurations are compulsory for future electronic applications. In this research work 2 different shunt-capacitive type configurations have been implemented and those are verified on COMSOL Multi-physics toolbox as well as functionality been verified on HFSS software tool. The electromechanical properties of proposed shunt type RF-MEMS switch attained more perfection in functionality compared to past configurations. The implemented switching model has uniform meandering and derives pull-in-voltage of 18.5v along with 1.2xs switching time. The 2nd type shunt RF-MEMS model has been generated pull-in-voltage of 25.5v and isolation loss of 37.20. The performance metrics like Length 25.34 µm, Width 28.92 µm and Thickness 34.42 µm had been improved compared to previous models. The deigned shunt-capacitive type RF-MEMS models are most prominent in operation and offering advanced microelectronics applications

Penerapan E-Katalog Sebagai Media Promosi Pada PT. Satria Pangan Sejati
PT. Satria Pangan Sejati merupakan salah satu perusahaan pengolahan daging di Bali yang menggunakan katalog produk berupa katalog berkas untuk memperkenalkan produk yang dijual pada pembeli. Dalam pemesanan produknya, digunakan telepon, Whatsapp, dan email. Namun, seiring kemajuan teknologi, katalog produk konvensional mulai tergantikan dengan katalog elektronik (E-Katalog). Katalog elektronik dapat dibuat dengan berbasis website responsif sehingga akses menjadi lebih mudah, serta dapat mempermudah pemesanan produk dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pembeli akan informasi produk dengan lebih cepat. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode waterfall agar pengembangan sistem dapat lebih terstruktur dan sistematis. Untuk membuat sistem, digunakan framework Materialize CSS dalam membuat interface website, bahasa pemrograman HTML, Javascript, dan PHP, serta database MySQL untuk mempermudah perubahan dan pembaharuan data dalam katalog. Serta telah dilakukan pengujian sistem dengan hasil penilaian sebanyak 94% responden menyatakan kualitas informasi yang ditampilkan sudah baik, sebanyak 94% responden menyatakan kemanfaatan sistem sudah baik, sebanyak 97% responden menyatakan kemudahan akses sistem sudah baik, 100% responden menyatakan tampilan sistem sudah baik, dan 100% responsden menyatakan sistem sudah baik secara keseluruhan
Potensi Nano Analog RN-18 (NARN-18) Berbasis Nanopartikel PLGA-CS-PEG dalam Penatalaksanaan HIV-1
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is the cause of death of million people in the world in 2016. The prevalence of Human Immunodeficiency Virus-1 (HIV-1) infection in Indonesia is still high and number of death caused by HIV-1-related diseases shows an apprehensive number. Treatment of HIV/AIDS nowadays is not effective to eradicate HIV-1 and also cause adverse effects. Previous research found RN-18 as a specific antagonistic molecule for viral infectivity factor (Vif) that can trigger Vif degradation and maintain intracellular A3G level. The aim of this review is to examine the potential of NARN-18 based PLGA-CS-PEG nanoparticles through oral administration in the management of HIV-1 infection. Method of this article is using literature review method. Literature searching is done by using “A3G”, “HIV-1”, “PLGA-CS-PEG”, “RN-18”, and “Vif” as keywords in search engine. 13a molecule, that is the analogue of RN-18, is used in the modality because it has better effectiveness and solubility compared with RN-18. By using PLGA, PEG, and chitosan (CS) as nanoparticles that carries RN-18 analogue makes the modality can be taken orally and targets T cell as soon as it enters the blood stream. It also can increase the efficiency of drug release and drug loading of the modality. NARN-18 constructed by using PLGA-PEG-CS nanoparticle makes the modality can be administered orally, increase its half-life in the body, and also increase the inhibition effect of RN-18 analogue. Therefore, this combination is one of the potential therapy in HIV-1 infection treatment
Integrated Nutrient Management for Natural Grasslands of Mid-Hills of Himalayas
Livestock rearing is an important pursuit in mountain farming in India and plays a crucial role throughout the country. The preponderance of marginal and small landholdings (about 82%) in hilly regions does not allow the farmers to allocate even a small part of their land exclusively for forage production. In Himachal Pradesh state of India about 1.16 m ha (20% of the total area) is under permanent pastures and other grazing lands and none of the natural grasslands are fertilised in any form. Existing grasslands have deteriorated to such an extent that their carrying capacity is only 1.05 ACU (Adult Cattle Unit, with an average body weight of 350 kg)/ha (Vashist et al., 2000). Biofertiliser-based technologies could be appropriate and cost effective approaches that are easy to adopt and eco-friendly. Response may arise from increased populations of phosphate solubilisers in the rhizosphere in P- deficient soils resulting in mobilisation of insoluble phosphorus (Raghu & Mac Rac, 1967). PENGUATAN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS DIGITAL BAGI TUTOR PUSAT KEGIATAN BELAJAR MASYARAKAT (PKBM) SEBAGAI MEDIA PENUNJANG PEMBELAJARAN DARING
Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan para tutor dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Mitra pengabdian dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Mentari Fajar yang berlokasi di Jalan Goa Gong, Banjar Angga Swara, Jimbaran, Kecamatan Kuta Selatan, Bali. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Google Meet dengan jumlah peserta kegiatan sebanyak 16 orang tutor. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi, tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa persentase ketercapaian penguasaan dan keterampilan pembelajaran berbasis digital menggunakan Google Meet sebelum pelatihan adalah sebesar 25% dan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 75% setelah kegiatan berlangsung menjadi 100%. Peserta memahami pembelajaran berbasis digital dan mampu menggunakan google meet dengan kategori baik dan sangat baik. Selain itu seluruh peserta memberikan respon positif terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Abstract: This community service activity aims to improve the abilities and skills of tutors in using digital-based learning media. Dedication partners in this activity are the Mentari Fajar Community Learning Activity Center which is located on Jalan Goa Gong, Banjar Angga Swara, Jimbaran, South Kuta District, Bali. In implementing the activity, the method used is training. The training was conducted using the application Google Meet with 16 tutors participating in the activity. The activity implementation stage includes the preparation stage, the activity implementation stage, evaluation, and reflection. The results of the service activities show that the percentage of achievement of mastery and digital-based learning skills using Google Meet before training is 25% and there is an increase of 75% after the activity takes place to 100%. Participants understand digital-based learning and can use google meet with good and very good categories. Besides, all participants responded positively to the implementation of community service activities
